About me

I am a psychological psychotherapist and offer psychoanalysis and depth psychology-based psychotherapy in my office in Berlin Mitte.

For every human being, the world is a different one. Each of these worlds is a sphere of its own, rich in impressions, emotions and experiences. It is a privilege as a psychotherapist to have access to these protected spheres with you. The therapy setting and abstinence opens up a space in which you can pursue your questions. You will not get answers from me, but support in finding your answers. I encourage my patients in psychotherapy to imagine what their ideal state would be, how they would like to be, uncensored.

Having a dream or a wish for yourself can be helpful. Fantasising and visualising stimulates the brain and thus provides the neurological conditions for a change of action. The aim of the therapy should not be to be able to function, but to have the feeling that one leads a self-determined life. That you can feel yourself and, as a continuation of this, also the life around you.
